Extended Holiday Returns Window

To accommodate gift shoppers during the holidays, we're extending our returns period so that all items purchased during this timeframe can be returned through mid-January:

  • Items purchased between Nov 1st, 2024, and Dec 15th, 2024, are eligible to be returned through Jan 15th, 2025.
  • For items purchased on or after Dec 16th, 2024, our standard 30-day return window will apply.

Apparel

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days, no questions asked. If you're in the US, we'll cover shipping costs! If you're outside the US, we ask that you cover shipping.

Items must be returned in original condition. For traceable garments, the QR code must be attached. Please note: Secondary returns/exchanges will incur a flat-rate fee of $10 to help offset carbon and transport costs. Please allow up to three weeks for your return to be delivered and processed at our Distribution Center.

Underwear

We are unable to process returns for underwear that has been worn or washed. Items must be returned in original condition. If you want to try on the underwear, you must do so with a layer of clothing underneath to be eligible for an exchange/return.

Exchanges

Instant Exchange Option

We now offer Instant Exchanges! If you’d like to receive your exchange item immediately, choose the Instant Exchange option during your return process. With this option, your new item will be shipped out before your return is received. If your return isn’t received within 14 days, your card will be charged for the full cost of the item.

Standard Exchanges

For standard exchanges, please allow up to three weeks for your return to be delivered and processed at our Distribution Center. Once your exchange ships, we will email you a confirmation number and tracking information.

Instructions:

  1. Submit Your Return or Exchange Online
    • Click Here to start your return/exchange.
    • Enter your order number and zip code. (Your order number can be found in your confirmation email. If you haven’t received an email, check your Spam or Junk folder.)
  2. Drop Off Your Return
    • Drop off your return at a USPS location.
    • Please allow approximately three weeks for your return to be delivered, processed at our Distribution Center, and for your refund or exchange to be processed.

We ask that you cover shipping costs for international orders. Please contact our Customer Happiness Team at info@pakaapparel.com, and we’ll be happy to provide instructions for your return.
