We get it, sometimes a purchase doesn't quite hit the mark. No worries! You have 30 days from your purchase date to return or exchange your item, no questions asked. If you're located within the US, we will cover the shipping costs for your return or exchange. If you're outside the US, we kindly ask that you cover the shipping expenses.

 Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • For traceable garments, a QR code must be attached 
  • Please note that secondary returns or exchanges carry a flat rate fee of $10. This fee helps offset carbon and transport costs associated with the return process.


Instant Exchanges:

For instant exchanges, you can simply provide your card details to kickstart the exchange process. We'll temporarily place a hold on your credit card to secure the exchange. Once your original product is on its way back to us, we'll ship out your new item. It's important to note that customers who do not return the exchange product within 14 days will be charged for the new product.

Standard Exchanges:

For standard exchanges, please allow up to three weeks for your return to be delivered and processed at our Distribution Center. We will send you a confirmation number and tracking information as soon as your exchange is shipped.


Underwear Returns & Exchanges:

We are unable to process returns or exchanges for underwear that has been worn. To be eligible for a return or exchange, underwear items must be in their original, unworn condition. Please note that underwear returns and exchanges incur a flat rate fee of $10 to cover processing costs.

3. Drop off your return at a USPS location. Please allow approximately three weeks for your return to be delivered, processed at our Distribution Center, and for your refund to initiate/your exchange order to ship out to you.

For International Orders:
We ask that you cover shipping costs for international orders. Please contact our Customer Happiness Team at and we would be happy to provide you with instructions for your return.
