Exchanges:
We're happy to swap out your items for another size. If you're in the US, we'll even cover shipping costs for you! If you're outside the US, we ask that you cover shipping.
Please allow approximately three week for your return to be delivered and processed at our Distribution Center for you exchange to ship. We will email you a confirmation number and tracking information.
Returns:
Free returns within 30 days, no questions asked. If you're in the US, we'll cover shipping costs; if you're outside the US, we ask that you cover shipping. Items must be returned in original condition. For the traceable garments, QR code must be attached. Please note secondary returns/exchanges have a flat rate fee of $10 to help offset carbon and transport costs.
Try Before You Buy:
Try for 5 days at zero cost to you or the environment. You'll only be charged for the items you keep.

Submit your Return or Exchange Online

2. Enter your order number and zip code. *Your order number can be found in your confirmation email- If you have not received an email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
3. Drop off your return at a USPS location. Please allow approximately three weeks for your return to be delivered, processed at our Distribution Center, and for your refund to initiate/your exchange order to ship out to you.
For Try Before You Buy Pieces
Please use the "View my order" button on your confirmation email to set up an exchange and select the products to return. A return label will be automatically generated. You can then place a new order.
For Instagram/Facebook Orders
