Holiday Return & Exchange Window


Orders placed between November 1 – December 20, 2025 during the holiday season are eligible for an extended return and exchange window through January 15, 2026.


Apparel


We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days, no questions asked. If you're in the US, we’ll cover shipping costs! Items must be returned in their original condition, and for our traceable garments, the QR code must still be attached.

Please note that secondary returns or exchanges include a flat $10 fee to help offset carbon and transport costs. Allow up to three weeks for your return to arrive and be processed at our Distribution Center.


Underwear


We’re unable to process returns or exchanges for underwear that has been worn or washed. Items must be in original condition. If you’d like to try on a pair, please do so over a layer of clothing to remain eligible for a return or exchange. Please note underwear has a flat rate fee of $10 for processing.


International Returns & Exchanges


For international customers, you’ll be responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us. Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier. We’ll process your return or exchange as soon as it arrives at our Distribution Center.


Exchanges: For standard exchanges, please allow up to three weeks for your return to be delivered and processed. Once your exchange ships, we’ll email you a confirmation number and tracking information.


Instant Exchange Option


We now offer Instant Exchanges! If you’d like to get your new item right away, you can choose this option during your return process.

With this option:

  • The full item total is temporarily held on your card at submission.
  • Once your original item is scanned into the mail, the hold is automatically released.
  • If the return isn’t in transit within 14 days, your card will be charged for the full cost of the item.

It’s the fastest way to get your exchange moving without waiting for the original item to reach our warehouse.


How to Begin


  1. Click here to start your return or exchange.
  2. Enter your order number and zip code. (Your order number is in your confirmation email.)
  3. Drop your package off at any USPS location.

Please allow up to three weeks for your return to be delivered, processed, and for your refund to initiate, or your exchange to ship if you’ve selected a Standard Exchange.
