PAKA® Pro Purchase Program

The PAKA® Pro Purchase Program offers discounted pricing to qualified professionals such as outdoor guides, retail employees, and other verified individuals. The program is a privilege extended to those who represent and support the mission and values of PAKA Apparel through their work and lifestyle.

Membership is subject to approval and may be revoked at any time if program terms are violated or qualifications change. By participating, you agree to comply with all terms outlined below.

Terms & Conditions

  • Access to Pro pricing is not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time at our sole discretion or if the Terms & Conditions or Pro Program Policy are violated.

  • Account Creation: In order to apply for the PAKA Pro Program, you must create an account on pakaapparel.com. Once approved, the discount will be applied to your account.

  • Personal Use Only: Pro discounts are for individual use only. Purchasing for friends, family, or for resale is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the program and potential ban from future purchases.

  • Non-Transferable: Accounts are intended for use by the approved individual only and may not be shared or transferred.

  • Order Placement: All Pro orders must be placed through your approved account at pakaapparel.com.

  • Annual Purchase Limit: Pro members may place orders totaling up to $1,000 USD per membership year. The membership year is based on the anniversary of your application approval.

  • Annual Renewal: Membership must be renewed annually by submitting updated proof of eligibility.

  • No Stacking Discounts: Pro discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or offers unless explicitly stated.

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping programs may apply to Pro orders based on shipping region and order value. International shipping restrictions may apply.

  • Confidential Pricing: Program pricing, discount amounts, and purchase privileges are confidential and must not be shared or discussed outside of PAKA or the Pro Program.

  • Warranty Limitations: Products purchased through the Pro Program are subject to limited warranty coverage. Due to the high-usage nature of Pro orders, general wear and tear is not covered and warranty claims will be evaluated individually.

  • Returns & Exchanges: Pro purchases may be subject to a modified return policy. Unless otherwise noted, items must be returned in new condition within 30 days. Exchanges may be offered as store credit. Please note that order cancellations and return credits cannot be applied back to the membership discount limit.

  • Right to Audit & Verify: PAKA reserves the right to audit Pro accounts, request re-verification of employment or eligibility at any time, and cancel orders if misuse is suspected.

  • Modifications & Termination: PAKA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Pro Program or any part of these terms at any time, with or without notice.

  • Limitation of Liability: PAKA shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses arising from use of products obtained through the Pro Program.

  • Privacy of Personal Information: Application materials (e.g., pay stubs, certificates) are used solely to verify eligibility and will be stored securely and in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.


Eligibility Requirements

  • Proof of Employment and/or Affiliation is required and must be provided through one of the following:

    • A current pay stub, employment verification letter, or industry certification

    • For Peru-based guides, verified participation in the PAKA affiliate program or guiding community

  • PAKA reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion and may deny or revoke membership at any time.


Pro Program Policy

As a member of the PAKA Pro Program, you are considered a brand representative and an extension of our mission. We value your commitment to living an inspirational outdoor lifestyle and sharing our values of sustainability, adventure, and craftsmanship.

In exchange for your discount, we ask that you agree to the following:

  1. Use of Product: All gear purchased through the Pro Program is for your personal use only.

  2. Product Review: Post a review of your purchased product on pakaapparel.com.

  3. Social Media Engagement: Tag @paka.apparel on social media to help grow community awareness.

  4. Referral Conduct: Please do not discuss your Pro discount publicly or share your account. Instead, refer friends to our website or authorized retail partners.

  5. Product Wear & Warranty: You acknowledge that, due to professional use, your gear may experience accelerated wear. Warranty claims will be reviewed individually and general wear and tear is not covered.


Content & Brand Representation

  • By submitting a product review or tagging PAKA Apparel in social media content, you grant PAKA the right to use your content in marketing materials, online platforms, and promotional efforts without further compensation unless otherwise agreed.

  • As a Pro Program member, you agree to uphold a positive code of conduct while representing the brand. PAKA reserves the right to terminate membership if behavior publicly contradicts our values of respect, inclusivity, and community.
